Previous roles include: Administration Manager for independent Design and Management Food Service Consultant. Sales Manager for small specialist Company supplying Information Technology Systems including developing specialist software for the design of food service operations, used by Consultants, Distributors, Specifiers, Architects and Manufacturers. Freelance PR & Marketing Consultant to leading Food Service Equipment Manufacturers both in the UK and Internationally.
