Athanor Suites – A 21st Century Bespoke Cooking Suite

Located in the ‘Gastronomic Centre’ of France some 30kms from Grenoble is Athanor Suites.

A new venture business which brings together a team of people having in excess of 80 years experience in building bespoke cooking suites.

The emphasis of the company is to bring to the market traditional power and performance expected of a bespoke suite, with the use of 21st century components and materials to ensure the product can perform and withstand the rigours of the harshest of kitchen environments.

The company has five fundamental design / manufacture philosophies….

1. To design and manufacture a product which will work at its optimum efficiency throughout the working day.
2. To manufacture a product which uses the correct component elements to ensure efficiency of performance throughout its considerable service life.
3. To manufacture a product which is capable of working 7 days per week 12 hours per day to last a minimum of 15+ years*
4. To manufacture a product which is easy to operate, clean and service.
5. To offer the client a manufactured product specific to his/her requirements. Each suite will be as unique as the individual who commissions it.

Pooling the resources of some the leading people from within the industry, the company can offer a unique in-sight into the history and design trends which have seen this type of product increase in market share.

Each element and component material used in the suite has been specifically identified for its properties or performance. Only the highest grade stainless steels are used to give longevity of life to the main structure, with Steel and Cast Iron heat sources to give efficiency of performance.

In today’s business environment efficiency is the key to survival and this is an important factor when considering the design aspect of the suite.
