Cool + Hot Table Range Specification

The table STAGE_80_XS_COOL+HOT by Venta keeps the food hot (not for cooking) or cold, depending on the events needs.

The new STAGE_80_XS_BAIN-MARIE_COOL+HOT buffet table uses the same principles as STAGE_80_XS_COOL+HOT but features a multi-functional well with two removable inlay panels.

Venta’s COOL STAGE_80_XS_COOL+HOT and STAGE_80_XS_BAIN-MARIE_COOL+HOT tables keep food either cold or hot.

Technical

Temperature range:

  • STAGE_80_XS_COOL+HOT : from as low as -3°C to +120°C

  • STAGE_80_XS_BAIN-MARIE_COOL+HOT : from -5°C to + 110°C

How does it work?

  • STAGE_80_XS_COOL+HOT : Creates a frost top for display of cold food either directly on the surface or in dishes or alternatively the hot plate keeps dishes warm.  Cool or hot combined in one table.

  • STAGE_80_XS_BAIN-MARIE_COOL+HOT: The Bain-Marie well can be used in its entirety; for example, it can be filled up with ice to keep drinks and bottles cool.
    One of the inlay panels can be used while half of the well is open. Alternatively, both inlay panels can be used to cover the well, using the surface to keep food either cool or warm in presentation dishes.

Low-energy requirements: only needs a standard 13amp power cable (230 V) 

• No need for induction-compatible dishes due to heating elements

• Buffet table has an area of 80 x 80 cm, while the integrated cool+hot top or bain-marie measures GN 2/1 (66 x 53 cm)

• Touch panel in front of table to control temperature

• Dimensions: 800 x 800 x 760 mm

  • Removable tabletops so the frame can be dismantled for storage

Multipurpose

  • This COOL + HOT concept means the same buffet table can be used for various purposes and menu requirements giving plenty of flexibility in the operational planning.

  • STAGE_80_XS_BAIN-MARIE_COOL+HOT: the well can either fit one GN 2/1 dish or two GN 1/1 dishes. One inlay or both inlays can cover the well to use as a flat surface for keeping food either cool or warm.
