Our British brand Clifton Food Range will be exhibiting at The Restaurant Show on 2nd-4th October at Olympia, London, on stand GH41.
Experts in sous-vide water baths and immersion circulators, their team will offer advice on how to use Clifton products and on the best model to use based on the menu and number of covers. Accessories will be also presented at the show, such as chef’s tweezers.

Clifton water baths, known for their signature orange handles, have become popular amongst acclaimed chefs and kitchens including Michelin-starred chefs.
Clifton Food Range has partnered with vacuum packing machine specialist, Multivac, for the show. It will be a great opportunity to understand the full sous-vide cooking process from vacuum packing to cooking.
