De Buyer equips new cookery school 'Sauce by The Langham'

A new cookery school ‘Sauce by The Langham’, located within the luxury hotel The Langham in the heart of London, opened on 1st June. The hotel’s Executive Chef Chris King and his team chose French manufacturer de Buyer to equip the new school with its cooking and pastry utensils as well as salt and pepper mills.

The school will offer its students a variety of skills courses and masterclasses with the hotel’s professional chefs as well as with Michel Roux Jr.

The guests and chefs will use de Buyer’s best equipment such as its stainless steel cookware Affinity and Prim’Appety ranges, a range of patented silicone moulds ‘Elastomoule’, a choice of nozzles, whisks, spatulas and moulds to create delicious dishes.

Executive Chef Chris King explained why The Langham chose de Buyer products for its cookery school:

A small selection of the de Buyer products used on each cooking station will also be available to purchase at the end of each course, providing an opportunity to use professional utensils at home.
