Thanks to our visitors, existing and new customers as well as the support of our fantastic brands, Hotelympia has been a very successful event.
Hotelympia organisers proved again that it is the largest and most important UK foodservice and hospitality event in the UK.
For anyone who didn't have the chance to attend the show and visit the Signature FSE stand, here are the highlights of our seven brands:
livecookintable: the German front-of-house cooking system has attracted a variety of our visitors including hotels, hospitality venues, caterers and designers thanks to its practicality, technology and ease of use.
Clifton Food Range: our British brand of sous-vide equipment showcased their key product ranges including the portable immersion circulator as well as the new 28L Sauce Bottlewarmer.
de Buyer: chefs were particularly interested in the 5-layer material used in the induction-compatible Affinity cookware range guarantees a very efficient and fast heat distribution across the pan. Pastry chefs enquired about de Buyer's range of pastry equipment.
Gastros Switzerland: the new InductPlate, an inductive hot plate/surface to keep dry food warm, received a lot of interest for its innovative and practical features.
Pinti Inox: the Italian brand keeps on demonstrating that cutlery can be different thanks to a choice of colours, textures and finishes; for example, the metal-coloured range 'Treasure' and the new '50/50' line (half mirror polished and half metal couloured). Hotels were also particularly interested in the buffet 'Caleido' thanks to its design and mix-and-match options.
Venta: the Bain-Marie Hot+Cool buffet table displayed on our stand surprised our visitors with its well that can either be hot or cold, as well as covered, depending on the venue's needs.
Marlux: a wide choice of salt and pepper mills of different sizes (including a 80-cm Java wooden mill), colours and materials was shown on the stand.
