Ancillary Equipment Range Specification

Running a catering event or regular live cooking service requires a lot of logistics and preparation. For a smoother operation, livecookintable® offers a selection of ancillary equipment:

  • Storage cube: an 80 x 80 cm cube with lid and casters to store food/cookware/utensils
  • Wash-hand basin cube: a self-sufficient sink unit with water heater, retractable faucet, fresh water container and waste water tank
  • Multi-station: a movable shelf unit on wheels to store food, crockery and service equipment; for example.  It can be placed next to a livecookintable® system set to faciliate a fast and efficient service
  • Top element: in addition to the Multi-station element allowing to display or hang extra equipment; e.g. carving station with cutting board and gastronorm, set of 3 shelves, heatbridge, LED lighting, etc…
