The table STAGE_80_XS_COOL+HOT by Venta keeps the food hot (not for cooking) or cold, depending on the events needs.
The new STAGE_80_XS_BAIN-MARIE_COOL+HOT buffet table uses the same principles as STAGE_80_XS_COOL+HOT but features a multi-functional well with two removable inlay panels.

How does it work?
• Low-energy requirements: only needs a standard 13amp power cable (230 V)
• No need for induction-compatible dishes due to heating elements
• Buffet table has an area of 80 x 80 cm, while the integrated cool+hot top or bain-marie measures GN 2/1 (66 x 53 cm)
• Touch panel in front of table to control temperature
• Dimensions: 800 x 800 x 760 mm
